FW Capital appoints new Portfolio Executive in Manchester office

FW Capital has appointed Mark Gardiner as Portfolio Executive in the North West.

Focused on supporting the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund,  NPIF - FW Capital Debt Finance in the North West, Mark’s role is to work closely with FW Capital’s portfolio of businesses and to support their growth plans.

Following FW Capital’s appointment to manage the NPIF Debt Finance earlier this year, the leading SME investor has already recruited five new people to the team.  Mark joins an 18-strong team delivering loan and mezzanine investments of between £100,000 and £750,000 to businesses based primarily in Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Liverpool City Region, Cumbria, Tees Valley and Cheshire & Warrington

Passionate to help businesses execute their expansion plans, Mark will utilise his vast experience working within the banking sector to manage the growing portfolio of SMEs in the £102m NPIF –  FW Capital Debt Finance.

Mark has more than 30 years of commercial lending experience, 14 of which spent customer focused as a relationship director at the Royal Bank of Scotland.
