Since 1992, Dene Films has grown to become a multi-disciplined
independent production group that has received numerous accolades
for excellence. From its Newcastle-base it now ranks amongst the
UK’s top 50 corporate production companies and is also ITV’s
premier TV commercial supplier.
The well-established group with a highly skilled and ambitious
management team applied for investment from the North East Growth
Plus Fund to continue its expansion into new markets. It has an
impressive track record and a strategic growth plan to improve its
competitive advantage.
Outcome
FW Capital’s investment means Dene Films can now relocate to a
single site in Newcastle’s creative hub. It will also allow it to
purchase new equipment and provide additional working capital.
